Customer Management and sales : Managing the key customer relationships and developing sales through multiple channels. This will require you to understand the clients existing supply chain, the growth opportunities and challenges in the existing supply chain. Solution Designing : Create a financially viable solution for these target clients, either based on itemized or fixed fee basis model or percentage (of revenue) basis. Demand Side Business Development : Identify target clients National and International (SMEs, D2C brands and enterprises), make a value proposition convert them into customers. Business Development Planning : Develop a comprehensive business plan strategy to acquire brands in a time-bound manner. Achieve customer delight, positive references and case studies to support future sales. Partner/Customer Management as the case may be, towards enhancing trust and reputationġ3.
